While sponsored collaborations are welcomed, Busy Busy Learning retains editorial control over all published content to ensure it remains suitable for the website audience and style.
Busy Busy Learning reserves the right to decline projects that are not considered an appropriate fit for the audience or website values.
Content Deliverables
Project deliverables, timelines, publication dates, and promotional activity will be agreed in advance before work begins.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Blog post word counts are approximate
- Publication dates may occasionally require adjustment
- Sponsored content will remain permanently live on the website unless otherwise agreed
Product Supply
Where products are required for content creation, these should be supplied within the agreed timeframe.
Delays in product delivery may affect photography, content creation, and publication schedules.
Revisions
Typos and minor corrections will be rectified free of charge.
Unless otherwise agreed:
- One round of copy revisions is included
- Revision requests should be submitted in writing within 7 days of draft delivery
- Additional revisions may incur additional charges
Additional image requests or significant content changes may also be chargeable depending on the scope of work requested.
Photography & Image Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Original images created by Busy Busy Learning remain the copyright of Busy Busy Learning
- Images supplied for sponsored posts are licensed for use within the agreed collaboration only
- Additional licensing for advertising, social media, print, or external promotional use can be discussed separately
Brands may not alter, resell, or redistribute original Busy Busy Learning images without permission.
Sponsored Content & Links
Sponsored collaborations will be disclosed in accordance with UK advertising guidelines where required.
Affiliate links may be used where relevant.
Product links within sponsored content may include no-follow or sponsored attributes in accordance with search engine and advertising guidelines.
Payment Terms
Invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Busy Busy Learning reserves the right to postpone publication of sponsored content until payment arrangements have been confirmed.
Late payments may result in delays to publication or future collaborations.
Cancellations
If a collaboration is cancelled after work has begun, Busy Busy Learning reserves the right to invoice for work already completed.
Completed content, photography, or commissioned creative work may not be used until payment has been received in full.
Performance & Promotion
Busy Busy Learning cannot guarantee specific traffic levels, sales figures, engagement statistics, or Pinterest performance.
Where Pinterest or social promotion forms part of a collaboration, scheduling and publication dates will be agreed in advance where possible.
Exclusivity
Exclusivity agreements are not included unless agreed separately in writing.
Requests for exclusivity may affect collaboration pricing.
