The first drop of June brings a fantastic mix of fantasy adventures, cultural storytelling, Minecraft action, animal-themed journeys and family music, with plenty of new content for both younger listeners and confident independent listeners.

With different paths to explore and decisions to make along the way, it’s a fun option for children who enjoy being part of the action rather than simply listening from the sidelines.
This is an interactive story rather than a traditional audiobook, so children who enjoy making choices and influencing the story will get the most from it. June finishes with a fun mix of mysteries, interactive adventures, educational listening and preschool favourites. This week’s standout release is a brand-new Yoto Original mystery series set at summer camp, while families outside the US can finally get their hands on the interactive Agent Stitch adventure that launched last week. There are also new Spanish-language space quizzes and a trio of CoComelon cards for younger listeners.

A brand-new Yoto Original series following four campers who unexpectedly find themselves investigating a string of strange happenings at summer camp. Missing trophies, spooky legends and mysterious sightings keep the friends busy as they transform the camp newsletter into a source of real investigative reporting. With six episodes, plenty of clues and a strong friendship theme running throughout, this sounds like a great choice for children who enjoy gentle mysteries and summer adventure stories.

This week’s Yoto card drop may be smaller than some recent weeks, but it includes a nice mix of bedtime listening, interactive adventures, classic fantasy and character-driven stories.

The calming Sesame Street and Headspace collaboration returns with more gentle audio adventures designed to help younger children relax before bed. With familiar characters and a slower pace, this looks like a lovely addition to a bedtime routine.

All seven Narnia stories are now available together in Spanish. From the snowy forests of Narnia to battles between good and evil, these classic fantasy adventures continue to be popular with confident listeners who enjoy immersive worlds and longer stories.
It’s wonderful to see cards in languages other than English, just a shame that regions are limited.

This week’s Yoto card drop is packed with sporting heroes, inspiring biographies, family music and imaginative adventures. Football fans have plenty to celebrate with two new Ultimate Football Heroes collections, while younger listeners can enjoy new PAW Patrol stories and Disney favourites. There are also some fantastic additions for older children, including heartfelt coming-of-age stories, fantasy adventures and a fascinating journey through ancient history.

Grace would rather focus on magic tricks and spending time with her grandmother than deal with people, but life has other plans. This sounds like a thoughtful choice for older listeners who enjoy realistic fiction with emotional depth.
Includes themes of terminal illness, grief and friendship. Recommended for older listeners due to its emotional content, although it is ultimately uplifting and hopeful.

A fantastic educational resource, especially for home educators, but younger listeners may benefit from listening alongside an adult due to the historical concepts covered.

The first three books in the hugely popular Warriors series arrive as a collection. Young listeners follow Rusty, an ordinary house cat who leaves his comfortable life behind and becomes Fireheart, discovering a world of rival Clans, ancient traditions and dangerous secrets. Perfect for children who enjoy animal fantasy, action and adventure.
We’ve been eager to explore this series as we’re huge graphic novel enthusiasts. The Warriors series began as standard novels but there are now graphic novel versions. We’ve ordered both the Yoto cards and the graphic novel books so I’ll report back soon with what we think and whether you could read the graphic novels alongside. The audiobooks are narrated by MacLeod Andrews so I believe they are the unabridged versions of the original books (not the graphic novels) but I haven’t checked that out fully yet.
